What if flowers tasted like lollipops? What if dogs really did grow on dogwood trees? What if a shooting star would fly into your pocket and bring magic to your heart forever? In this fanciful whirl of creativity, we follow one little boy whose imagination runs rampant as he tries to delay bedtime for as long as possible with one zany question after the other.

Featuring far-out ideas plucked from the wild imagination of Regina Williams and the playful illustrations of Doug Keith, What If... is the perfect bedtime companion both for energetic, curious children and for those whose imaginations might need a bit of encouragement.

A great choice for prompting more imaginative conversation, nurturing curiosity, or just sending children off to sweet dreams, this enchanting book appeals to the child-like wonder within us all. What If was a finalist for ForeWord Magazine’s Best Children’s Book of the Year Award.
