Each person on Earth walks under the same golden sun, sleeps under the same silver moon, and breathes the same air. Imagine a world where people celebrate both their differences and similarities, where we can all live together in peace and harmony. With acceptance, this unity can become a reality.

Brought to us by sisters Jane E. Hoffelt and Mary Husted, We Share One World is an educational, multicultural book that helps even the youngest readers see the interconnectedness of our diverse world. Exploring the nations of this magnificent planet from Peru and Iraq to Australia and Russia, children will learn about different nationalities—discovering that while each country has its own unique flavor, we are all part of one race: the human race.

Perfect for introducing young readers to both geography and diversity, this picture book features a map of each country visited. Winner of the USA Book News Award for Best Children’s Book and the Benjamin Franklin Award for Best Multicultural Book, We Share One World inspires readers of all ages to respect others and the Earth we share.
